Return & Refund Policy
At ALOHANEER, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including all labels, tags, and accessories.
- You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Submit a Request: Contact our Customer Support team at support@alohaneer.com with your Order ID, item details, and the reason for return.
- Receive Approval & Instructions: Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours. Once approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the designated return address (US or EU local warehouse).
- Ship the Package: Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping service. Please share the tracking number with us once shipped.
Please Note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.
3. Return Shipping Fees
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., quality defect, damage during transit, or wrong item shipped), ALOHANEER will cover all return shipping costs or issue a free replacement.
- Customer Preference Returns: If you are returning an item due to change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or personal preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
5. Refunds Process & Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
- Please note that processing times may vary depending on your credit card provider or financial institution.
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable for preference-based returns.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
