2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 – 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

You can easily track your package every step of the way. Once your tracking number is generated, please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ALOHANEER operates local and international warehouse fulfillment networks. For most destinations across Europe and North America, applicable taxes and VAT are handled to ensure a smooth customs clearance process. However, any extra local customs fees or import duties incurred at destination (if applicable) remain the responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. ALOHANEER is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the package.
